Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Stewart B Cleaning Services LTD. by booking, purchasing, or using our residential cleaning and home organizing services, you agree to these terms. 

 

1. Services Provided 

We provide residential cleaning and home organizing services that may include, but are not limited to: 

  • Standard and deep home cleaning 

  • Move-in/move-out cleaning 

  • Decluttering and home organization 

  • Add-on or customized services 

All services are non-medical, non-hazardous, and non-restorative. 

 

2. Estimates & Pricing 

  • Quotes are based on information provided by the client and the estimated time, size, condition, and scope of work. 

  • Prices may change if the actual condition of the home differs significantly from what was described. 

  • Additional services requested during the appointment may result in additional charges. 

  • All prices are subject to applicable taxes. 

 

3. Scheduling & Access 

  • Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time. 

  • If entry cannot be gained within 15 minutes, the appointment may be cancelled and subject to a cancellation fee. 

  • Pets must be secured unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. 

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling 

  • A minimum of 24 - 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. 

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged percentage or flat fee. 

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to emergencies, weather, safety concerns, or staff availability. 

 

5. Payments 

  • Payment is due before completion of services unless otherwise agreed. 

  • Accepted payment methods: E-TRANSFER (is completed before the service)

  • Visa card and Mastercard are NOT available right now but coming soon.

  • Late or unpaid invoices may incur late fees and service suspension. 

  • Returned or failed payments may result in additional fees. 

 

6. Client Responsibilities 

Clients agree to: 

  • Remove excessive clutter, personal valuables, cash, firearms, or illegal items before service 

  • Inform us of fragile, valuable, or special-care items 

  • Provide accurate information about the home’s condition 

  • Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available 

  • Maintain a safe environment free from hazards 

 

7. Health & Safety 

  • We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous. 

  • We DO NOT handle: mold remediation 

  • Biohazards (bodily fluids, feces, blood) 

  • Pest infestations 

  • Hoarding cleanup beyond agreed scope 

  • Clients must notify us of contagious illnesses prior to service. 

 

8. Supplies & Equipment 

  • We provide standard cleaning supplies unless otherwise agreed. 

  • Clients requesting the use of their own products or tools do so at their own risk. 

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by client-provided products or faulty equipment. 

  • We preferred to use your vacuum because of cross-termination. 

  • We have a backup vacuum just incase your vacuum is not works.

 

9. Breakage, Damage & Liability 

  • We take reasonable care during service. 

  • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. 

  • Liability is limited to repair or replacement at our discretion. 

  • We are not responsible for: Pre-existing damage 

  • Normal wear and tear 

  • Improperly installed or unsecured items 

  • Items of extreme fragility unless disclosed in advance 

 

10. Organizing Services Disclaimer 

  • Organizing outcomes vary based on client participation, decision-making, and home conditions. 

  • We do not guarantee specific aesthetic or functional results. 

  • Clients are responsible for final decisions regarding what to keep, donate, or discard. 

 

11. Satisfaction Guarantee 

  • If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours. 

  • We will address reasonable concerns at our discretion. 

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. 

 

12. Privacy & Confidentiality 

  • Client information is kept confidential and used only for service and communication purposes. 

  • We do not share personal data without consent, except where required by law. 

 

13. Right to Refuse Service 

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for: 

  • Unsafe or hostile environments 

  • Harassment, discrimination, or abuse 

  • Illegal activity 

  • Repeated non-payment or policy violations 

 

14. Employee Protection 

  • Abuse, harassment, or discrimination toward staff will not be tolerated. 

  • Service will be immediately terminated if staff safety is compromised, with no refund. 

 

15. Website Use 

  • All website content is the property of Stewart B Cleaning Services LTD. 

  • Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. 

  • Online booking does not guarantee availability until confirmed. 

 

16. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stewart B Cleaning Services LTD. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. 

 

17. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Alberta, Canada. 

 

18. Changes to Terms 

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
